All pre-paid/advanced purchase bookings are non refundable.
Our Room Only policy has free cancellation up to 7 days prior to check in, if written cancellation is not received 7 days prior to check in the full price of the booking will be charged. Bookings are non transferable and date change requests will not be accepted.
